Now it’s time to soak up the sun at Parlee Beach, where the warmest saltwater in Canada will surely tempt you in for a dip. When you get hungry, pull up a chair at Euston Park overlooking the beach, or head into town for scrumptious seafood plates at Bistro Le Morque Tortue. Wherever you go, fried clams or lobster anything is a must
