Day 3

Morning  

The best Sundays are spent seaside, but first, make a stop you won't forget at Château Scoudouc. From pure syrups to maple-infused treats, it's a full sensory experience dedicated to one of New Brunswick's most iconic flavors.  

Next, take a short drive up the road to see the World’s Largest Lobster, one of Atlantic Canada’s best-known landmarks. Right across the parking lot, you’ll also find Homarus Centre, where an immersive marine journey and a look at life beneath the waves await guests of all ages.  

Afternoon  

Now it’s time to soak up the sun at Parlee Beach, where the warmest saltwater in Canada will surely tempt you in for a dip. 

When you get hungry, pull up a chair at Euston Park overlooking the beach, or head into town for scrumptious seafood plates at Morse et Marteaux.  Wherever you go, fried clams or lobster anything is a must! 

INSIDER TIP: Both of these restaurant options will have you enjoying a meal with crashing waves as background music. Nothing beats that!

Evening  

Now it’s time to coast a while. Sip and sail into the sunset with Shediac Bay Cruises or make your way to Bouctouche for Akadi Lumina, an immersive, after-dark experience where light, sound, and Acadian storytelling come together.
